The Aluminum frame combined with a Carbon Graphite Side Plate provides an excellent Strength to Weight Ratio. The Low Profile reel also enjoys a reduced Frame to Spool ratio with the double anodized spool measuring just 34 mm. This makes for a strong compact baitcaster that is comfortable and fits nicely in the palm.
