A commercial fisherman can get approximately 2 years use from a net before acquiring a new one. Once they have no use for it, I get them and cut & package it myself. It is a long, tedious process. A commercial net is approx. 1500 ft long and 50 ft wide. This is quality net made from super strong nylon and is not like the cheaper cotton net that you see in party stores.
