I've always wanted a glider style jerkbait that would provide a consistent side-to-side zig zag action combined with a neutral buoyancy so I could work the bait in place next to cover for sluggish cover tight fish and cold front muskies. This 5 lure is a real sleeper bagging huge muskies while casting or trolling. The prism sides imitates the shiny scale pattern of most bait fish. All Shallow Raiders produce action with a straight retrieve or troll, but can also be worked in a jerkbait style fashion with great results when fish are hanging tight to cover. To keep the lure shallower over high weeds, work the Shallow Raider with short jerks and longer pauses.
