This knife jig is developed especially for long and flexible knives, e.g. filleting knives. Its larger width, 140mm (5.5in), stabilizes a long and thin blade, and the jig copes with blades longer than 160mm (6.25in). Product Specs Especially for long and thin knives, it works in the same way as the SVM-45 jig but it is wider and therefore gives more support to long and thin blades. The jig comprises an adjustable clamp (1) for holding knives of any thickness and an adjustable stop (2).
